Our goal every single day is for agents to experience the personalized touch of our custom-tailored transaction management service, where we strive for exceptional quality and care in every step, backed by a company culture of excellence.
To begin onboarding, all you have to do is visit our Get Started page and complete the information about you, your brokerage, and your preferences for your business. After that, we will get in contact with you to review any questions you may have and will connect you with your TC!
Easy! You can either email the contract over directly to your TC directly or visit our Submit page 24/7 and provide some short information and upload the documents securely.
We take care of this for you! If your brokerage allows, we will add our fee to your CDA so Rise gets paid at closing. If not, we will send you an invoice with a quick and easy way to pay via credit card, secure bank payment, or Apple Pay. For listings, compliance, and offers, these will be billed via invoice within one business day after the service is complete.
The sooner you let your TC know the better! It is best to send the completed documents to your TC directly via email or through our Submit page so your TC can take as much off your plate in the beginning stages of a contract as possible.
When you complete your agent onboarding with us, we will invite you to your Agent Portal where you can view all details of your transactions including the dates, documents, contacts, tasks, and more - any time!
We absolutely take your preference into consideration while also looking at your volume and your TC’s current workload. Ultimately, we want to match you with the best TC for your business!
